Service scope, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in proposals, statements of work, invoices, or written agreements.

2. Consultations

Free consultations are provided for initial assessment and do not create a binding client relationship unless a written agreement is executed.

You agree to provide accurate contact details so we can respond.

3. AI Tools and Chatbot Disclaimer

Our chatbot and AI-enabled services may generate automated outputs:

  • AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be verified before acting on them.
  • AI outputs are not legal, tax, or financial advice.
  • You remain responsible for decisions you make based on AI outputs.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

8. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate third-party products/services (e.g., hosting, messaging, analytics, AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or service limitations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free outputs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
